The app is for informational purposes only, and are not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of your physician or other qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition. Never disregard professional medical advice or delay in seeking it because of something you have read on the app. You acknowledge and agree that by accessing and using the App, you are not entering into a doctor-patient or provider-patient relationship with Natural. If you think you may have a medical emergency, call your doctor or 911 immediately. Reliance on the app is solely at your own risk.

This is data that is required to create an account. Without it, we cannot provide you our Services.
Your phone number
To provide personalized and effective counseling experiences like sending AI messages, our service relies on securely storing and recalling information your previous interactions on web & mobile devices to maintain continuity in your therapeutic sessions, much like a human therapist would. All features including AI chat are 100% account based requiring phone number. Accounts are required to submit questions because each submission attributes to the users Recovery score, which must sync across mobile & web for the app to function. Additionally, for bot-prevention reasons. Providing this information is directly relevant to core functionality of the app.
In-app purchase products too are 100% account based. Registered users are able purchase Lovebent Unlimited from any of their supported devices, and if they wish, subscribers can transfer access to other devices.
As such, creating an account is required to access our services. Without an account, we cannot store your interaction history or provide a consistent experience. As such, user may recieve timely sms text messages from Nat on a limited basis, for check-ups, & related events. We are committed to safeguarding your information and ensuring it is used solely to enhance your therapy sessions.
